Wiki CMS LCD for 96168 and 96170

What is the updated LCD by cms for these codes. I googled it on their website and found the LCD but I am not sure if it was even correct cause I saw somewhere else that said 96170 is not covered. I'm confused and trying to resolve this for the denials.

denied because of LCD, local coverage determination. They are stating that they don’t cover these cpt codes.
