"We did a bimanual exam which showed 4 to 5 cm mass in the right fornix lateral to the cervix. This was hard and fixed. This raises a suspicion of this tumor could be from pelvic organs. We agreed to proceed with needle biopsy of this through the vagina. I used a Tru-cut biopsy needle and took 1 biopsy core 4x22mm and sent for pathology. Good hemostasis noted."

I'm thinking 57100? Office billed 20206. Thoughts? Thanks!
